Kim Ostlund co-owner is the driving force behind our outstanding customer service. Kim created a music store that was focused on the golden rule. She is commited to helping every customer find exactly what they need and loves special orders. Kim is a graduate of Taylor Guitars University.
John Ostlund co-owner loves guitars and has a heart for custom built very special guitars. Over the past twelve years he has visited small luthiers in their shops to learn about what makes a guitar special. John would love to help you find that very special one of a kind guitar. Or, if you are just getting started he can help you determine the best guitar for your budget. John is a graduate of Taylor Guitars University and has a bronze level certification from Fender for guitar repair.
Robbie Ostlund assistant manager has been working with Legacy Music for twelve years. Robbie is currently on a leave of absence from Legacy Music working overseas.
Chuck McDowell guitar specialist, has over 25 years of experience playing, building, repairing and selling guitars. Chuck works on Tuesday and Thursday from 11 to 3, and is our in-house repair specialist. He especially loves setting up acoustic guitars. Customers appreciate his helpful nature and vast knowledge of guitars and amplifiers.
Cole Maggart customer specialist has been with Legacy Music for 9 years. When not helping customers, Cole is sharing his love for music with our students as a teacher. He is also a working musician and can be seen playing regularly around town.
James Capps customer specialist has been working with Legacy Music since 2007. James is now working the store on Sundays and helping out throughout the week. When not helping customers, James is sharing his love for music with our students as a guitar teacher.
